Getting there
Wedding Venue Shuttle Service Pick Up Location
Although the wedding will take place at Chateau Okanagan (380 Lochview Rd, Kelowna, BC) there is no parking on site and THE ONLY WAY you can arrive at the wedding is via our FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE. To get to the venue please be on time and arrive at the following location by 3 pm on July 26, 2025, the shuttle will depart promptly at 3:15 pm:

Traveling by car to Kelowna
For our guests traveling to Kelowna, here’s a quick guide on drive times:
From Calgary: Around 7-8 hours via the scenic Trans-Canada Highway.
From Vancouver: Approximately 4-5 hours along the Coquihala Connector.

Traveling by plane to Kelowna
For those flying in, Kelowna International Airport (YLW) offers direct flights from major cities across Canada and select U.S. destinations, making it easy to reach the heart of the Okanagan. The airport is about a 20-minute drive from most hotels in Kelowna, so you’ll be close to everything. We can’t wait to welcome you!

Coast Capri Hotel

For those coming in from out of town and looking for a place to stay, unfortunately, BC has some strict Airbnb rules, so those are hard to come by. We suggest staying at the Coast Capri Hotel. It offers a variety of amenities, and lots of free parking, located right in the heart of Kelowna, AND its the pick-up spot for our shuttle to the wedding venue! You won’t have to worry about taxis or uber-ing to and from the wedding. The Coast Capri has also offered you 15% off any room booking. We suggest booking your stay sooner than later as hotels book up quickly in Kelowna during the summer.

Delta Hotel’s Grand Okanagan Resort

For those looking for more of a resort experience, the Delta Hotel’s Grand Okanagan Resort is right in the heart of downtown Kelowna, walkable to many restaurants, and located right on Okanagan Lake. If you opt to stay here, please note you will need to drive your vehicle, taxi, or Uber to the Coast Capri Hotel (8 min drive) for our free shuttle to the wedding venue. You CAN NOT drive your own vehicle to the venue.
Eldorado Resort
500 Cook Rd, Kelowna, BC
If you’re looking for accommodations outside of the downtown core, we would suggest either the Hotel Eldorado or Manteo at the Eldorado Resort. Just like those staying at the Delta Grand, you will need to drive your vehicle, taxi, or Uber to the Coast Capri Hotel (10 min drive) for our free shuttle to the wedding venue. You CAN NOT drive your own vehicle to the venue.
