3:00 PM - Shuttle Pick Up - at Coast Capri Hotel (1171 Harvey Ave, Kelowna). Please note there is no parking on site at the wedding venue, all guests must arrive via our shuttles. Please Uber or drive to the Coast Capri Hotel. The shuttle will leave promptly at 3:15 pm.

3:30 PM - Welcome Drinks - on the back lawn

4:00 PM - Ceremony - on the back lawn

4:30 PM - Cocktail hour – on the back lawn

6:00 PM - Dinner – in the ballroom

8:00 PM - Dancing - in the ballroom

10:30 PM - 12:00 AM - Shuttle Departure - from the driveway, for those not staying at the Chateau. Last shuttle departs at midnight.
